My ‘87 Cressida usually is fed regular, but sometimes the engine hesitates, indicating some clogging of the injectors. A tank or two of mid- or high-test and the problem goes away. It is marginally cheaper than a bottle of injector cleaner. BTW, ten cents premium for high test is a giveaway. We pay ten cents per LITRE here. A U.S. gallon is slightly less than four litres.
