Question: Is there any simple way to fix a crack on exhaust manifold other than replacing it with a new one? I’ve seen people fixing other parts of the exhaust system with muffler bandages. Will that work for the exhaust manifold too? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am thinking of buying a 1995 Honda Civic Coupe Si, or Dx special edition. Has one bought one of these and have any positive or negative opinions. Your comments are appreciated.
For the $$, I preferred the Acura Integra. It’s still a Honda and it has a better warrantee (4/50 bumper to bumper). Also, I found the ride to be a bit more refined. This may just be my interpretation of the ride but I drove all varieties of Civics and Integras. The Integra stood out as the better driving car.
I bought the low end Integra with A/C, mats and mud flaps (no sun roof, no cruise, no ABS). I paid something like 15,700 before tax and tags. I had to get this model because the sun roof chops into my headroom. I’m 6′4″ tall.
I have a Honda CRX, which is also called a Civic Coupe, although I’m sure it’s a lot different from the Civic Coupe they’re making now. But anyway, I bought mine new in 1984, which was the first model year for the car. Best $7000 I ever spent!
I’m still driving it today, and it still runs great. I’ve got about 140,000 miles on it. One mechanic said in passing that I should expect another 140,000 out of the engine. I hope he’s right! :^)
