Question: This is just a little radiator block bolted under the chassis. Could someone tell me if these are available as after- market units, and what I should play to have one purchased and installed? Thanks!

I’m curious: WTF would a car need a power steering pump cooler? It’s not like the car has a honda civic sized unit and weighs as much as a semi. I’ve never seen a car that didn’t have enough underhood space for a properly sized unit.
It’s not to cool the pump, it’s to cool the fluid. Police vehicles often come with them, probably because of the wild maneuvering those vehicles are often subjected to.. Power steering coolers are not a rare thing…quite a few cars come stock with them. You would be suprized how quick the fluid can heat up in a parking situation for example. How about a junkyard? Your local gas station or repair shop will be able to handle the change-out, figure 1/2 to 1 hr. labor.
