Whats the difference between a v8 mustang lx hatch and a v8 mustang GT hatch? Are the 88-93 mustangs good cars? What do you guys recommend as far as 88-93 cars go? I would really like a NICE honda crx, but they are sold as soon as the ads are up around here..

Answer: Sure, always an exception. Note, I did not say all high mileage 5.0s are rough. What area you live in also depends. Do you think a 100k Mustang in Minnesota will be as nice as a southern car…GENERALLY? No, Harsh winters/salt take the toll on cars over time. My point is that maintenance is important, not that Mustangs are bad vehicles. I’m just trying to help a guy out looking for a high mileage car.
