Question:

I am planning on upgrading the Drums on my ‘69 Camaro to Disc using a kit from Classic Industries.  Does anyone know of a better deal than around $900 for Power Disc’s in the front.  This kit comes with all new parts i need.

Answer:

HI dcolson,

Check this out. It is a link to a Nova page – however the Nova had the same brakes as the first gen Camaro

Also the drum spindles that you now have can easily be converted to work with factory disks.  Email me if you wish a complete explanation. The hard part is to find a smaller power booster that will clear taller rocker covers.
